Jain (Los Altos, CA, USA) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful I bought 2 of these from Amazon and it was so much better than what I was using before. This is a really well designed and thought product. That is why I was surprised when I found this piece of Velcro was sown inside with the cloth and hence rubbed against my back causing pain (you know what can happen when velcro rubs against skin). I figured out a way to use it without it hurting me but I still wanted to call the company and give them my feedback because I thought this was otherwise such a neat product. Anyways, I called the company and left a message in their voice mail. I got a call back the same day. Apparently, there were some made with this Velcro problem which they had removed from their stock but somehow Amazon had not removed theirs. Without my asking they said that they would send me 2 without the Velcro problem for free. And I got them the next day by FedEx. So, great product and customer service. The only caution is that Amazon may still be carrying the wrong ones. Hopefully, they would be removed from stock soon. Awesome! Super adjustable! November 20, 2009 A. Hayford I am very pleased with this hands free bra. I've tried several, some worked ok, but there wasn't much room to adjust the size, and one I ordered too big and there were only 3 hook sizes, so I couldn't even use it! This one can adjust with velcro in the back and removable zippered part in the front to get the best fit for you. Once you've got it how you like it, all you do is zip it on and off! There aren't 20 snaps or hooks. The only down side I've found, is that I personally couldn't use it as a bra for the day - not enough support. But I already use a nursing bra. When it's time to pump, I put down the flaps and put this one right over it. I'm completely hands-free! It is also made from high quality material. The fabric is thick and the zipper is sturdy. love it November 21, 2009 kallisti (San Francisco, CA United States) Love this handsfree pumping bra. I've been using the easy expressions one for about three months and it's good, but the lack of adjustability is kind of a problem on that one--the holes are kinda big and stretchy and I always worry that breastshields will pop out. This, dare I say, cute pumping bra is infinitely adjustable, which is good because my body's still morphing 4 months after birth. And the part for the breastshields to fit through on the simplewishes bra definitely keeps the collection parts way more secure. One less worry about spilling, especially when using the storage bags which scarily dangle from the connector (as opposed to the screw on collection bottles). Really good price considering the product design and quality. Surprised by comfy-ness of fabric. Oh and the packaging is awesome. Not embarrassing at all. Cute enough and a nice price point to consider giving as a gift to a new mom. Handsfree double pumping is great for me and this bra is a good accompaniment to my medela pump in style which doesn't have a handsfree option, like the freestyle. Almost forgot: the instructions are very thoughtful and clear, which is huge considering the generally abysmal nature of instructions for baby related gear. Last thing: you'll probably want to get yet another lingerie mesh bag for the wash because of the velcro on the back of the bra. It works!! November 23, 2009 Yuki (Seattle, WA USA) It works, now I can do stuff while pumping!! Bra is very easy to adjust. Do not set the bra too tight - or else it will hurt your nipple after 4-5 pump.. I set the bra loosely and it can still do its job nicely =) Forgot I was pumping! December 10, 2009 Mrs. Love (Las Vegas, NV) Today is the first day I'm trying out the Simple Wishes Hands Free Pumping Bra and I am pleasantly surprised! After getting everything fit and adjusted (totally custom!) the night before, I was ready to head back to work today. The material is so comfortable! It's super soft, yet supportive. Pumping was a breeze today and I actually forgot I was pumping until the phone rang!!!! The great part was when I shut off the pump I could just leave everything attached and start up again after I hung up the phone.
